So went to a few junkyards today and scored 3 SR5 fender flares for $35.00, hope they clean up well. Still looking for a front right flare if anyone has one laying around ha. Also snagged a Toyota emblem off a 1st gen for 5 bucks!

Will do man. I hope this last flare doesnt haunt me. I looked at two 99+ consoles for the cupholder mod but they were pretty rotted..not worth the time.
