Just bought a 93

I purchased a 93 4runner with the 3.0 / 5 spd. It looks like new (almost) and drives great. Anyway, the car has started to hesitate at low rpms and the idle is low and rough.

I poured some sea foam into the gas and that has helped. But the hesitation is still there. So I decidec to replace the plugs and wires, fuel filter, cap... pcv the usual stuff. So I go to replace the pcv and I can't find it. Obviously it is on the valve cover, that is accesible. nope.

I did a search, and located the pcv, what is the best way to access this thing. Do I have to take the plenum off, disconecting everything attatched to it? Seems kind of crazy, I am thinking there must be an easier way.
