Just bought a 95 4runner....doing tune up

This is my introduction as a new member to this forum. I was reading many threads as a guest for about a week since I bought my 95 4runner and I have to say, there are many knowledgeable people here. Now here I am as a new member.

Now for my vehicle: 95 4runner 4x4 3.0 v6 with 149k miles. Been using it for about a week, and it runs very smooth. But a tune up will definitely make it run better.

So the things I have bought for the tune up are as follows: Seafoam, oil/filter for oil change, spark plugs and wires, air filter, gas filter, pcv valve.

And that'll be done on my next set of days off.

Now for your suggestions, should i change the rotor cap also? What other ignition components can I change to get this 4runner running even smoother?

I am also thinking of changing the tranny fluid/filter , what other things can i do before i get into more technical stuff like timing belt.

If you're changing the plugs, change the cap and rotor too, even the plug wires.
Belts and hoses wouldn't be a bad idea, belts dry and crack, hoses get soft and split.

For the pcv valve you will have to remove the intake Plenum ... It wouldn't be a bad idea to change your front and rear diff fluids and your transfer case fluid as well.

Coolant change would be good to. When ever I get a new vehicle the first thing I do to them is change every single fluid.

Just changed out the fuel filter and I got to say...what a pain. Here the new filter.

As I was changing out the filter I came across the exhaust leak and the fuel leak. The exhaust leak is on the muffler where the I pipe is welded on to. Here is a picture

The fuel leak is where the hose from where you gas up connects to the fuel tank.

The exhaust leak Im not too worried about ...simple trip to the shop or i could just replace the muffler. But the gas leak I really need to fix. Anyone has any tips on that?
