Just bought my first 4runner!

Yup, as of last night I picked up this 1986 4Runner with 270,000kms on it for $600CAN

Runs like a dream but will need some TLC as far as cosmetics are concerned, so you'll probably see me around here alot more often reading and asking questions

While I'm thinking about it, what are some of the main things I should do in terms of tuneups before I really put this vehicle through it's paces?

I was planning on an engine flush and new oil, new plugs, new air/fuel filter, maybe flush the rad...

anything else? I'm a bit of a DIY backyard mechanic but I've never flushed a tranny before nor have I owned a 4WD vehicle so I'm not sure how to work on the transfer case or if I need to do anything.

Any info is appriciated.
