CAN-03runner

So I've been wanting a 4runner for years. It's a 2003 Sport V8; It is used but it's new to me. :banana: I managed to have my wife agree that this truck would be great to get through snow, and over snow banks without needing to shovel. I wanted a vehicle for her that she could use to transport the baby to and from day care and that when she gets off work she doesn't need to shovel her way out to get back to daycare as would be the case in her current car, since where we live the snow plows will push snow onto parked cars to get it off the road. I think this was a good choice. As a by-product I get a capable off roader. I've had it for a week and have already taken it onto some country roads that aren't necessarily closed but are not plowed in winter. It worked great. When I get more time I want to continue to explore the capabilities of this truck. And I think I might be able to exploit those capabilities with the help of other posters on this forum.
I have read many posts on the technical aspects of the 4runner on this forum, which is what I like. Thanks to everyone. I hope to continue to learn more from you. And hope to share my experiences and knowledge as I gain more of it.
