hey all i'm a noob here. about 2 weeks ago i purchased a 1993 2-wheel drive T4R with 190777. it had a exhaust tip and a grill bar on it when i purchased it. it cost about 2,000.

the dealer had no previous maintanince records. i have some questions that i need advice on. keep in mind that neither i or no one i know is mechanically savy, so i cant really do home repairs.

well for one the back power window goes down but won't come up without someone pushing it up and holding the button in. at first it went up fine, but then i used the rear window wiper fluid. the back panel was removed when i did this, b/c i was changing a brake light. i think i heard the fluidtrickle down into the back hatch. could this mean i need a hose patched or something?

secondly, the back hatch will not open. when i moved the lock, it goes up and falls right back down quickly. not sure what to do about that.

the steering wheel also shankes sometimes, particulary when i drive over 50mph.

also, i dont have a radio. when i turn the lights on, the lights for the heater and such dont turn on. is this the reason?

any and all help would be appreciated! sry for such a long post

love these trucks!

the lights not coming on for the heater controls you need to look where the radio would be and see if there is a light on back in the hole if not there is a little bulb that is connect in the back of the controls and the bulb is probaly burnt out. if there is a light in the hole that you can see it just needs to be connect back into the socket.
the back window issue sounds like your regulator might be rusted out from the washer fluid leaking into the door. you might get lucky and be able to clean it out. if not that can get a little costly to have that fixed.
the steering wheel sounds like you just need to get your wheels balanced

alright thanks a lot guys. i figured it was the wheel alignment. in response to my rear window, how much do u think it would cost? this may be somewhat of a "luxury" item, but it vital for me as i need it open to hang my surfboards out.
