just got a new t4r

i just got my first 4runner its a 92 and its in pretty good condition but the guy before me put a 3 inch body lift on it. now the front bumper sits below the grille 3 inches so i need to know how to get it back up to where it should be.? any ideas? i figure that ill need something longer to attach it to the frame but idk. help me out please.
