Well...one of my tire got punctured by a screw that's 1/8inch long (On a friggin truck tire. WTF!). Ordered P265/70/17 from the tirerack on the 21st, had 'em shipped to a local installer. Got it installed the very next day. I've only ordered 4 tires for now and it cost me $790 total. Better than I expected.

Actually speed on the odometer was 1-1.5mph slower than what my dnx7100 was indicating. Which was on par with the odometer when I had stock tires. MPG obviously dropped a bit, but I'm gonna have to see how much miles I get with full tank of gas. I won't get an accurate count of mpg difference, but I'll get the gist of it.

Now the tire it self is quiet. Ride is smooth, a bit spongy compared to Dunflops. Tires seems to absorb the impact from the road well. Must be the kevlar layers. No rub, but it does fill up the wells. I really want to install my lift now, but it's too damn cold.

Daystar 2.5 Lift. Just got it installed, took me and my roommate whole day and it was cold! I can't belive how some people did this alone because it's friggin difficult to put in the longer shocks and springs!

Longer shocks and springs ? You must have got something different than a spacer lift ??

When can we see a pic ? Do the 265/70/17 look to small with that lift ?/?

by longer shocks I mean shock's total length is extended because of spacers. same with the rear coil springs.

I'll try to take some pics when I get some time. 265/70/17 looks perfect to me. It's damn near touching the uca already. Dunno how other guys put bigger tires on.

Ben, I just put 20.7 gallons of fuel when the left over fuel indicator said 5 miles. I'll let you know when my baby reaches 5 miles again.

Check your milage manually.

The drop in gas milage is a huge concern for me with these tires. I didn't buy my truck for milage at all , but going from 15.5 in winter/blended and 16.5 in summer/blended fuel city and rural ( with Revos ) to 12. ?? is to huge of a drop to take . I drive 25k per year.
