My local dealer just called and said my new 4runner is on its way.

I put a deposit down early in December on a silver 4runner Trail. It took a while but I think it will be worth the wait.

Should have it in 10 days or so.

Congrats! Did your dealer order it for you or is this the first TE they could get their hands on for you?

Waiting is the hardest part.

You're gonna love it!! Mine is Silver too and I had to wait 3 weeks for it, but it is worth the wait.

I've got 1500 miles on it now and it is amazing how quick it is.

Worth the wait!

You are going to love it! I just took delivery of my 2010 Salsa Red Trail Edition ten days ago, and I couldn't be more pleased. I have had two Troopers and a Rodeo, and they have been great, but no more Isuzu. They dug their own grave when they discontinued the Trooper and Rodeo. My wife is on her second Camry, and never a problem. I was lucky that my local dealer (Cumberland Toyota in Cookeville, TN) found exactly the model I wanted, coming to a dealer in an adjacent state, and she snagged it for me. I was worried, because the Trail is only 4% of 2010 4R production.

Have a great time with your new Trail, and let us know what you think. I kept my Rodeo because trade-in was so abysmally low, and planned to drive it for local stuff, but I don't know if I'll be able to force myself to do that. The Trail is just too much fun, far more comfortable, etc., etc.
