I picked up a 2008 SR5, with the V6 last weekend. The truck is amazing. I love driving it and how it feels ( I daily drove a C5 vette for the last 8 years) I just turned over 100,000 miles yesterday. Is there anything in particular I should be looking at as far as maintenance? What about down the line? Any known issues or things that are bound to go wrong? Thanks in advance.

Crawl underneath it. Take a good look around.
If you haven't done so, go to toyota.com/owners and register it, see if there's been any dealer maintenance done.
Hard to say what fluids you'll want to change. Depends on what's been done. You could always do them all for peace of mind.
Check the cabin filter behind the glove box. You never know what you might find in there.

He has a timing chain in his v6 so he's good for a while. Only the v8's have a belt that needs to be replaced every 90k.
