Just picked up my 2011 T4R.

Was wondering if anyone else has the rough paint on all 4 doors about 5 inches above the rockers? I picked it up last night and didnt notice it until this morning. It almost looks like over sprayed paint.

That's a special chip guard and is not over-spray.

Most Toyotas have it. Wifeys 04 Blue Corolla S has it as well as the 2010 Rav 4 sport underneith the doors. Fine with me, just means it doesn't need to be perfectly dried to streak-free after being washed.
