Just traded our 2014 Pathfinder in for a 2014 4runner!

Just traded in our 2014 Pathfinder in for a 2014 4Runner! So glad to be gone of the "mini van". Apparently Nissan through all quality out the door building that thing. My wife mainly drives the kids around in it. I was very hesitant to buy a 2013 because of the tranny problems they were having, which Is why we waited for a 2014. From the research I did, the tranny problem was just a software problem and was fixed! After we hit 10k I figured it was all good, but then I felt the infamous "shudder"!! When I called the service department, they told me they did not have a fix yet for this! And I had to just deal with it!

Well, I dealt with it! Haha I traded it for the Toyota I wanted in the first place! So excited to pick it up! And even more excited to call the Nissan Public Relations rep, the one who acted like I was they very first with this problem!, and tell him how I fixed it! Lol

For various reasons, I would never buy a Datsun, I mean Neessan. Too many years ago (early 80's) I test drove all the mini-pickups available at the time. The old "made from beer cans jokes" came to mind. I ended up with a Toyota SR5. The buddy I sold it to racked up a few hundred thousand miles before selling it again. 5spd 4cyl 2WD solid as an anvil.

We have always had Toyotas in the garage for the quality, longevity, and pleasure of ownership.

Having a Toyota means never making excuses.

Oh yeah, my wife did have a Sentra when we got married (what a POS) but it vanished fast.
