K&N cold air intake

What are you opinions of a cold air intake (K&N) on my 2016 4runner upon my first oil change ? I have heard they have a lot of pro's but am not too educated on whether or not I should get one

General consensus is that the intake alone will not provide any real performance increases. It may sound better and feel more powerful, but this is purely your perception.
I personally would save my money and use it elsewhere.

If you got some spare money for a sound gain then go for it

I put a K&N CAI on my '05 right after I purchased the truck. It looks good and sounds good, but as others have said, I've noticed no real performance or hp gains. If your going for looks, I'd consider with the toyota CAI over the K&N....more expensive, but better looking imo.
