I just replaced my K&N with a Trueflow in my 2005 4.7. My concern was that the K&N was letting to much dirt into the engine. Since I just installed it this morning, I can't accurately comment on performance. I can say that the Trueflow fit like a glove in the airbox. There was some other folks on this board complainting of a tight fit but I had no problem. Just make sure you clean all of the excess oil from the filter before installing.

I purchased my TrueFlow from Burtman - GREAT service!!

From what I've read, I heard True Flow. But I'm sure the difference is VERY minimal, except that True Flow is cheaper.

Did you notice a diferrence when you installed the K&N filter ?

(as opposed to the stock filter)

True Flow all the way!!! About 150 miles after install I noticed it accelerated just a tad bit faster, nothing significant but you will feel a difference from the stock filter.

I did not notice a difference from the stock to K&N but what concerned me about the K&N was the fact that my pre-filter was getting some dust in and around it which tells me that the K&N was not doing it's job. Get the TrueFlow.
