Katzkin leather seat covers???

Does anyone have experience with these? either in their 4runners or other vehicles? does it look good? I am looking at the leather that replaces the cloth, doesn't cover, but replaces. any input would be appreciated.

ive got em also, but in tan. i like em & think they're worth it, just not super soft like factory leather, well made tho.

Any interest in getting suede? Anyone out there look at the katskin suede and consider the durability vs. regular leather?

I had the same leather installed on my previous Z-71 and I work at a Chevrolet dealership so i accurately tell you that the Katskin leather IS SOFTER AND MORE DURABLE. BTW, I am a serivice advisor and I KNOW FOR A FACT that most of the "leather" on a GM seat is actually vinyl. lol.. i seriously hate GM. garabage!! I enjoyed my 07 Z-71, but it was a lease so, it wont start falling apart until the second owner. lol.. Better them than me.

My wifes mom has katskin leather in her murano and it feels a good bit softer than my limited 4 runners factory leather. With cars now i wouldnt be surprised if most all the "leather" was vinyl. My moms mercedes has real leather and the guy at the dealership even said the new models dont have real leather.

It doesnt seem like you can trust anybody anymore.

Ive got one of the old katskin brochures(?) that has a good many swatches in it and they do feel good. Like i said though its definatly softer than my factory leather.

I had a Katzkin set in another truck I had ... it was a custom set -leather with suede inserts and it was awesome

Held up well, fit perfect and always got compliments

Looks like they are around $2000 for a set for my '08

I would love to have a nice set for my new to me truck

I probably wouldn't have paid 2G's for them, I found new ones on EBAY for $300 shipped, they came in Katzkin box, w/ brochure, and receipt, they had the writting on them, and are identical to K.C.'s (darkies), my only complaint with them is they don't want to stay on the front of the seats (underneath legs) for some reason. otherwise they look nice IMO.
