Kayak Setups using Factory Cross Rails

I have searched and found only a handful of setups with people using the factory cross rails to haul their kayaks. Can anyone recommend me a setup that would work with a Tarpon 120 kayak? Also how does everyone load these things on the roof by yourself?

I just bought 2 sets of thule 815 Jstyle rack. I transport two 10 footer kayak on factory crossbar. It wobbles little bit at hight speed but seems fine
