KDSS only in Barcelona Red - Gulf States

I have a TRDP on order, but wanting to set up a walk away deal with another dealer...but, I can apparently only get a TRDORP with KDSS & Moonroof if I get Red...not available on any other color?

I can't offer any info on the color. My '17 TRDORP is silver with KDSS, moonroof and sliding rear deck. I'm in CO.

My question is, why would you place a second order to just walk away from it?

Just ordered a '18 Silver w/ KDSS, just might have to find another dealer

Go out of state or demand they bring one in from another region. The way each region attempts to force you into what they want to sell you is bullshit. They are made in all the colors that you can find on the brochure sans the TDRP special color. Don't let a local dealer and region politics dictate what you get.

Skip buying in Ausitn or Gulf States for that matter. I got a much better deal flying up to Denver and driving a KDSS equipped Trail back.

Also, stay away from the AutoNation South dealer. Their sales people were very pushy and their service department really dropped the ball on the last repair I had them do.

It depends on what the area will let in. I have to go outside of NE to get the one I want or order it...

The option just use an auto broker. No BS required. Just get the deal done and out the door you go. A good broke will find you anything you want. That is their job. I haven't set foot in a dealer in over 5 years, when buying a car, and never plan to again.

I use HM Brown in Denver and highly recommend them.

As for AutoNation, in Denver, stay far away from them. Sales and service are HORRIBLE!!!!!
