Keep my 2" wheel spacers or not?

I've been using 2" (off road use) wheel spacers for a year now and love the stance. I am moving to California and will be driving more and faster. The spacers have been okay but they are not hubcentric. They work fine and haven't noticed any problems while driving. I have been driving for a day now without the spacers and it actually accelorates better and feels like the gas mileage may be better. I'm debating if I should leave them on for cosmetic reasons or if I should sell them and buy Spidertrac spacers later. I most likely won't have the space and tools for a while to tighten the bolts on the spacers if I need to later. My 4Runner just doesn't have that buff stance without the spacers. I know the spidertrax spacers are hubcentric and 1.25"/1.5". What do you guys think?

get the spidertrax spacers. your 4runner gooks great as is. what size tires are you running and what lift?

Thanks. The lift is Cornfed 3/2 and the tires are Maxxis 265/70/17. I don't have any pics wthout the spacers.

Looks like the 2" spacers make your wheels/tires stick too far out. I think even the 1.25" Spidertrax are a bit of a stretch on an '03 to '05 4Runner, but they look perfect on an '06 to '09 with the wider fender flares.

If I were you, I'd ditch the spacers completely and just get wheels with an offset similar to the FJ wheels. That gives the '03 to '05 4Runner the perfect stance, IMO. Not too wide and definitely not too tucked in.

Cool. The sad thing is, I used to have FJ wheels but I sold them because I didn't like the flat face look. I am thinking about doing what you suggested and buy another set of wheels (Procomp, etc.) or try to find the 2005 Sequoia star wheels. Those are my favorite OEM wheels at the moment. Thanks for the input.
BTW, I never noticed the larger fender flares on the 06-09 models.
