Keep my cargo liner in place?

It has held well. I also used it under my passenger front and both rear footwell weathertech floor mats and underneath each of the cup holder inserts to keep them in place. On the floor mats I put strips two or three inches in from the four sides (almost overkill, but I'd rather have too much than too little).

That 3M product is bomber. Also, I have had good luck with the Industrial grade Velcro, which I have found at Lowe's.
As an alterantive, have a look at my DIY cargo liner build thread. I anchored mine to the tie down hooks. (See the pictures toward the end of the thread.)
