Just thought I'd pass along a little reminder to watch the pressure in your tires closely, especially this time of year as the cold can have an effect.
We went on a trip this weekend to Virginia, and on the way up my pressure light was on, but since the tires *looked* fine I assumed it was just the spare that was low. On the way back though we stopped to fill up at a station that offered free air so I figured I'd check things out. Talk about a surprise! All 4 tires were low - one of the over 4 lbs low! :awais:
I had noticed lately that my MPG was lower than usual, but hadn't really thought much of it. After getting all of the tires back up to 32psi though, mileage rose almost 2 MPG for the rest of the trip!
