Kenwood ddx514 install help

I just ordered a Kenwood ddx514 head unit.

I have a 2003 t4r sport edition and I'm sure there have been many threads on installing new head units but i need help. If someone could give me a detailed description on what i need and how exactly to install it, it would be greatly appreciated. And I'm not that good with electronics so simple and thorough instructions would be awesome.

Nice purchase there! Sonic is pretty good at sending you all that you'll need for the install (trim bezel, radio harness), so I wouldn't worry much about that. Here's a link to a writeup on how to get the radio out:

I have the DDX814. If you get the right wire harnesses (you need two if you are going to use the factory amps) and the right kit you'll be able to do it. Only thing I found was the kit needed a little modification since the headunit was a little larger than normal.
