Key Fob

I have a 2004 4runner. Have they came out with a key/remote all in the same key like most cars(lexus, bmw, jeep, etc....). I am tired of having a key, and a seperate remote.....

The japanese guys have it. I haven't seen it offered in the USDM market...

I had a rental Volvo that had the key/remote as one unit. Hated it.
Huge, even with the key folded up into the case.
