Keyless Entry System Problem

As usual, I changed my FOB battery for the new year. Battery checks out fine with voltmeter.

After changing the battery, the 4R doesn't respond to any button. Also, the second fob (which I didn't change) is not working now either.

I don't know if this is coincidence or not. It has been record cold here, again I dont' know if this is coincidence.

I cannot locate in the owners manual which fuse the keyless receiver might be on to check a fuse.

This is not location specific, happens at home, drove the 4R to work and still no joy (for those thinking there is some RFI interference).

Suggestions please?

Well, the fobs all (3) started working on their own by about 1PM. The only thing I can think of is that the temp was well below 0 this past weekend, must have affected the receiver in the truck. Battery was fine, truck started strong etc... Temp is up to almost 30 today, thawed out the receiver? I have had this vehicle for almost 10 years, it's been cold before....?
