Keyless Remote entry for 3rd Gen Runners (Grey)

I purchased 2 remote controls (GREY) for my 97 4Runner and both remotes will only work for 3rd Generation 4Runners they take the GREY remote. I need the BLACK remote. One of the remotes is like new never used and the other is used with a small chip in the side plastic but it still works fine. $30 for the new one and $20 for the used one. PS I am looking for a cargo cover for 3rd Gen in any color, I shipped one to a friend over Christmas and Fedex trashed it so I need another one. I picked up the first one for 40 shipped here from another member so looking for one near that price range. Thanks again
