Hi Everyone,
I looked through I think all the threads but can't find a schematic or actual picture showing the location of the knock sensor harness for my 2003 4Runner Sprt V6. I have the dreaded VSC Christmas tree lights on the dash and the code showed its the knock sensor causing it. From what I've read, I don't want to have to tear down the top half of the engine to replace the actual sensor and have read that most of the time it's just the harness, and its much cheaper and quicker to do I'm guessing if the harness is easily accessible. I have 118000 miles on this truck and its treated me real good for over 11 years I've owned it. Any other input would be appreciated.
Thanks!
