"knocking" sound after suspension change

I installed the OW 2.5 x all four corners a couple weeks ago along with LR UCA's. Had the alignment done after and all worked out great. The ride is nice and tight and as has been observed before, feeling the little bumps a bit more but the big stuff seems trivial now.

The only concern I have is that ever since installation, I have noticed a knocking sound that seems to be coming from the rear passenger corner. Initially, I thought that something like a mag light was knocking about in the rear passenger cup holder; that's sort-of the quality of the sound. I haven't pulled the wheels yet but I checkd around for anything that might be loose and I have had no luck. The sound is only heard when I'm going over small bumps, seems most noticeable when I first start out driving down the dirt driveway; disappears on smooth pavement.

Any ideas ? could it be coming from somewhere else?

Check the nuts on the top of the shocks. They may need to be retorqued.

I should have been more specific with what I have done so far:

Rear shocks tight; tops are in double rubber cushions so no torque setting;

Fronts all torques checked and ok after alignment

all lug nuts checked and torqued to 83 ft-lbs

I cant find anything loose...

Have not pulled wheels yet; will this weekend.

Maybe check sway bar and bushings.

The other thing is that "clink/clunk" sounds have been related to the front suspension. Not sure what it's called but how the front shock is mounted in that top metal puck it clanks back and forth in there. But I know you said back of the truck... so IDK...

check that the bumpier ride didnt loosen your jack which now cluncks around, happened to me

A little of of left field but when was the last time you greased your driveline?

Could be the stock bottle jack if you have removed it recently.

Another thing you may want to check if nothing else reveals the source is the nitrogen charge in the shocks. There were quite a few issues where people were getting shocks from them without a charge.

Have you made sure the coils are seated properly, including the rubber cone that sits in the top?

Noise in cargo area.

Turns out the sound came from the caliper, when I removed it the pin was rusted and the rubber boot was torn replaced it and my noise is gone.
