Hi, I just finished installing a E7009 HU from OEMValue in my '06 limited 4Runner a couple of days ago. The Unit was working flawless for a couple of days and now I am having intermittent issues with Bluetooth. I am using a OEM T4R factory mic in the overhead console and I ran the 2+shield wires to the amp so that the voice guidance is coming through the driver's door speaker. Initially, bluetooth was flawless in operation and sounded real sweet; However, I seem to be having a intermittent problem when making or receiving calls. The bluetooth module properly dials but I only hear mild clicking in the speaker when ringing and no voice when someone answers. They also can not hear me. The display shows a connection and "talking", but we can't communicate. My phone also says it is connected. This continues to be a problem until I "reset" the E7009 HU by running diagnostics or pull the Neg battery terminal, then the bluetooth works flawless for a little while. This seems to be a problem with the internal BT module in the HU. Has anyone seen this before? It doesn't seem to be wiring since it does work some of the time. I am open to things to try. Thanks.
