As a heads up, alot of their flex-bow tents seem to be out of stock currently, but they have indicated that they should be receiving more product by November. Luckily the window is pretty wide, so there'll be plenty of time to place an order. If you have any questions, please let me know.

How durable is this compare to the OzTent? Aren't they the same maker? I like the OzTent for quick deployment

Can't speak to how they compare as I've never seen an OzTent in use. The features listed on both seem to be similar, but they're different construction types. Looks like there's a much bigger size/type selection with Kodiak though.

I have one of their basic tents, the 6051 I believe. It's the highest quality tent I've personally seen. This is also a crazy deal I haven't seen them on sale before.

Agreed. I was shocked they were willing to do it as I've never seen the price really fluctuate on these. I hope folks take advantage of it.

I am torn between the Kodiak and the Oztent as stated earlier. I do like the 25% disc so I was wondering if it's Ok to put my name down. I don't want to miss out if I end up getting the Kodiak. I was thinking of getting the 10x10 because we have three little dogs but I like the idea of having most of my gears in the tent like a house or cabin. I am leaning towards the 10x14.

10x10 fits me+1, 2 dogs (40+80lbs), packs and a large tote easily. Not sure how much gear you need to put in the tent but it could easily accommodate another food cooler or tote. Thanks for the reference. I was on the fence but I think the biggest thing that sold me was that the full height portion of the tent looks to be about the same square footage, it's just the base of the tent that flares out 2' more in the left and right directions.

I'd be surprised if they shipped free, if it is anything like my Springbar, they're heavy. Mine Springbar is 40+ years old, inherited from dad, the stakes+poles alone weigh ~20lbs, the tent itself is roughly 40lbs. Just checked their similar sized tent weighs 55 lbs all in.

Nice looking tent. I have a couple of questions if you have answers great Any idea where these are made? I mean Springbar is made here, UT, and these are very similar, Kodiak is also in UT, are these guys buying from Springbar? How long have these guys been around? How's their warranty and warranty work?

They're definitely heavy - similar concept to the Springbar.

TL;DR - China and Limited Lifetime Warranty

Time in business: 10 years according to their website. All of the standard info you'd look for seems to be posted there.

Also, there are a few youtube video reviews of them out there, one of which is a guy that does a followup of the tent after 1/2 years or something like that. I found them beneficial when assessing their quality/durability.
