I am quite happy seeing the dog/4Runner photos! I made my wife get rid of her attack cat, so now she refuses to get a dog. My son is 2...I plan to use him to help me get a dog in the house when he is 3. She does anything for him if he asks enough. I've always had Boxers, but am thinking Blab for the next one.

Anyone experienceing an alignment issue?

Since putting the Countersteer X wheels on my stock 4Runner TE (stock tires, ride height, no spacers, 3500 miles) I have noticed a pull to the right which makes me have to "countersteer" to the left (pun intended). This "pull" was not there previous to having the tires installed. I wonder if the additional offset has created this condition and how to remedy it.

My guess is that your alignment was a bit off already, and the additional offset made it more noticeable. If it consistently pulls to one side, you need an alignment. If you didn't change anything except wheels, you should be good to go after that.

More pics for you. My 4runner has 5100s all around, but is at the stock rear ride height, and about 1 1/2" raised in the front, to get it approximately level.

Tires are 265/70 17 Bridgestone Dueler Revo II's.

I leveled it because I like the way it looks. You will need to have it aligned anytime you change the front ride height. If you keep the lift at 1 1/2 inches or so, you won't have to replace the upper control arms. With a higher lift, you need the UCAs to allow enough adjustment to get the alignment within spec.

Stock size or if you want to choose from about 5 tires 275/65/17s will fit as well. Go 285s and you're guaranteed to rub without a lift or modifying your fender liners.

I'm currently looking into the Countersteer X's right now with stock tires just for the time being (on a 2016 SR5P) and this thread has been super helpful. Those Dueler Revo's look really great for off-road 265's, they actually look bigger than a lot of others in that size IMO.

Update! I have installed Countersteer type X's wrapped in KO2 265/70/17 and there are no clearance issues BUT I did hear one tiny little rub at full lock turning in a parking garage on a sloped angle, I can't confirm it was tire on mud guard but that's my guess. Either way it's a sweet setup
