Need help/advice about suspension

Can someone tell me if this suspension "kit" includes everything I would need to lift my car and replace the stock suspension that is going bad? I am also planning on putting 33-34 inch tires (KO2 or KO3) on as well but I am not sure if this will be enough. I know I most likely will have to buy new UCA's but I'm not sure.
This is what I am looking at: 2003-2009 4th Gen 4Runner Bilstein 5100 2.5" Lift Kit

It is from SRQ fabrications and I know it's a budget option but I will not be off roading very much. Mainly just in the snow in the winter.

Reading through all the info on this forum can be overwhelming. So I'll help you with a quick answer to your question. Yes.
However, I would recommend extended rear brake lines to your kit. At 2.5" you won't 'need' upper control arms but I think you'll be limited to 32" tires. You'll probably still need to do a little cutting and tapping in the front fender wells to prevent rubbing. If you do decide on UCAs I think JBA are pretty legit. Never used them but I think uniballs are over rated, and noisy/more maintenance.
Also, buy once cry once

I can throw in for JBAs as well. Great build quality and a solid, protected ball joint.

Also, give yourself some extra budget and time for what you may find when you tear everything apart. Wiggle every component when it isn't under spring tension. Ball joints, tie rods, control arm bushings, CV joints (also inspect boots as your lift will increase wear on them), and the big clunker, your sway bar links and bushings.
