Hi all, figured I would join the ranks with my own build thread. Hopefully having another Limited build will be a welcome contribution to the forums - big thanks to this community for the ideas! Will give a status on each mod and try to keep this neat, stay tuned!

Are you going for a pearl powdercoat on the front bumper? BP is notoriously hard to match with paint... I can't imagine trying to do the same with powder.

Honestly undecided at this point - friends trying to persuade me to go black while I was just leaning towards a basic satin or flat white. I'm assuming pearl will be impossible

I guess nobody has told you yet but you can't go off-road with a Limited especially with the OEM 20" wheels! Great looking rig...enjoy.

Always fun to prove that type wrong. Coming from a modded raptor and JKUR I find the 4RLE to be outstanding even stock - atrac is literally a cheat code for trails.

Admittedly, I'd have some nasty rim rash/bends and body damage if I wasn't extra careful with my angles than normal...hence mods

Nice! I dented my front valence in within 1000 miles lol.. that new bumper will be nice.

I had mine in the dirt the next day and slipping sideways on devil dog road not to long after that lol that damage will come. I've messed up both front and rear bumpers and all 4 wheels have some kind of damage

Hey should have told me that this morning as I drove through a offroad section of a construction zone..heavy mud..heavy gravel...brown soup! Really ripped the road in half!

Sides with the limited we got all 4x4 anytime my right foot says whos the king baby....:third:

The pearl white is match able in powder. Take care with the clear top coat as it will impart a level of yellowness to the basewhite coat.

Ordered 5xSCS Ray10's in Matte Gunmetal 7/17...thank gosh I prepared this time, took maybe 10 seconds to get them in cart and ordered with Apple Pay. Was wondering how people were scalping carts so fast!

Wheels, TC UCA, SAW Springs and lugs arrived Friday, expecting tires today. Some of the wheel boxes were pretty roughed up from shipping but after inspection look great:

Installed TC UCA's last night and ended up stretching my right ABS wires on accident so now my ABS/TRAC lights are on. After confirming the faulty line with a multimeter I decided to hit the hay and fix that this morning when I install rear SAWs.

Also need to grab a grease gun and some lube for the UCAs, the anti-seize on the balls has stiffened up quite a bit and the whole arm is very squeaky. I removed the limited rocker panels as well and got started on a BMC.

I'm hoping to squeeze my tires/wheels on today and mall crawl it until the king setup arrives.

Fixed my stretched ABS wire yesterday, couldn't identify the problem area and after a couple failed attempts my splices ended up being at each end of the plugs...finally worked. Greased up my UCAs and lubed the balls (giggidy) - super silent now. Sadly I over tightened one side after the grease work and fear I may have damaged the nut threads...will probably order a new uca long bolt and nut just in case I can't get it back off - I'm always breaking something!

Ended up trimming quite a lot to rid myself of rub, large chunks of the front fender liner. Can't wait for the Pelfrey bumper to arrive so I can rid myself of the limited one.

On another note, I'm fairly surprised how poor the ride quality is going from the stock wheels/tires up to a 295/17 with 35psi. The rear SAWs are definitely better than spacer stock springs but still quite stiff and the overall ride isn't nearly as smooth vs stock - pretty bouncy. I expected quite the opposite.

Early observation, I know Toyo MT is a pretty heavy stiff tire with quite a lot more tread. I've run them before on my Raptor and others and have always gotten an improvement. Hopefully the King shocks will get me back to a smoother ride, might try a chalk test and go down to 30psi as well.
