"Krown" Rustproofing

Hi folks! Does anyone have any experience with "krown" rustproofing on 4runners? Any elastomer damage? I've heard the rustproofing is bad for Japanese rubbers and plastics? Has anyone used Krown? How was the experience please?

I used to do it with my 2003 Subaru. 11 years later no rust and the bolts came out easily. For Subarus the plastic bumpers held fine. I know of coworker's who's Hondas had a bit of sagging. But still better than rusted out rear quarters.

My recommendation is do it every year. Find a good Krown Shop. Not all Krown places are equal.

Also you have option to drill or not drill. Drilling allows Krown to get inside places that are not normally accessible. It is your choice if you want to do this. My old rx7 had this done and it helped. I didn't do it for my Subaru.

In Ontario, Canada, and use Krown on my 1997 4R......I have had zero issues. A word of caution, make sure your Krown dealer is reputable, I found one that was and is and one that was not. I now drive 1 hour back to the one that is.........
