From what I know from when I worked Toyota Certified Collision in parts, the MVP (Market Value Pricing, aka made to compete price-wise with aftermarket) line products (brake pads, radiators, condensers) are still Toyota products, they arrive in Toyota branded boxes all the same. However, the quality isn't comparable to the original design in terms of thickness, build quality, etc.
If it matters to you at all, all of the ones I've seen of the MVP lines are made in the China/China-like quality region, and have a quality and price to compete with the aftermarket alternatives, and are likely made in the same place as some of them. When I worked there and could get them at dealer pricing, I opted to spend extra for an aftermarket Denso unit instead of an MVP line.
They still are going to be to Toyota standards and whatnot, so it'll probably work just fine, and will actually fit assuming it doesn't arrive bent. But, it probably won't last as long as a Denso unit or the original part (leaks, etc). Just my .02
TLDR MVP products should fit and work fine, but probably won't last as long as the OE unit, or be as high quality. If your trying to be cost conscious, it's probably worth just going TYC/Koyorad/CSF etc, and getting it from somewhere that will honor a warranty like 1800 Radiator.
