KYB or Monroe Shocks/Struts for '03???

I've got 72k miles on my 03 4R. Need to replace shocks/struts. It's a 2wd, and I consider it a 'beach runner' (use it to launch jet ski's on the beach).

Which is a better choice? KYB GR-2's or Monroe reflex? I saw Fabtech, but out of my $$$ range for the mileage that I put on the truck...

Does Bilsteins or Edelbrock make shocks for 4th gen 4runner yet?? If so, then i would go for these. Otherwise, i like Monroe shocks because they resemble OEM's ride characteristics the most (aka not too stiff).

Edit...i just checked, Edelbrock does not make shocks for 4th gen 4runner yet.

Yeah...Bilstein and edelbrock do not make any yet, and I can't really wait much longer. I just put on some brand new revo's, and it's starting to chop...NOT GOOD!!!

I'm gonna go with the MONROE's.

Good choice. I heard good things about the Reflex series...they provide the closest ride to OEM, while being more float-resistant.
