Ladder?

Has anyone installed a ladder on the 4runner? I'm putting a cargo basket on the roof rack and am thinking that a ladder on the tailgate would be helpful, but am not finding any available.

If you've added one, can you tell me which one you got and how well you liked it?

Ladder

They are all good, gets what looks best to you and what you can get a good deal on.

The bottom line is you dont need a ladder to load anything. You can stand on the tires and get access to the roof and you can stand on the bumper too in the back. I have the ladder and its cool if you have a full length rack like I do, so you can go up there and hang out on a beach chair, or tie something down. The reality is that the ladder being on the tailgate is a pain, because when you are hanging out camping and using the truck, the tailgate is open so you cant use the ladder anyway. The most functional would be the one on the side that comes from the bumper. Then you can get to it an any time. downside, a huge dent in your aerodynamics. Ladder looks cool, gobi charges a ton for it but gives it away free with purchase of a rack.
