Great Service!!!! I can't comment on buying a car there but I can comment on the service and parts guys. In the past two years I have taken three different 4runners for maintenance and little things here and there.
They have all gone above and beyond to help me. One of the guys isnt there anymore....I dont know why?!?! I will say there is one guy that I prefer to deal with. He knows me by name since I have been in so much recently. There have been a few times where he didn't charge me for doing things, even though they were small things.
I think there are only two complaints I have....one time before taking it in the back for servicing they put it out in the parking lot and left the windows down, that wasnt cool and I let him know. The second is there were a few spots of grease on the driver seat and I about had a panic attack when I saw them, they cleaned it off and I was on my way in 15 minutes.
There are two Toyota dealerships in Colorado Springs, I took my first 4runner to the other one that is on the north side of town and the guy was not the friendliest and seemed in too much of a hurry. When he waited til the very end to tell me there would be a $100 charge just to look at it, I said forget it I will wait. Took it to the dealership thats in Motor city and they found the problem and fixed it.
So if you must go to a Toyota dealership in Colorado Springs go to Larry Miller in Motor City......ask for Craig Coleman. :first:
