These pics are from Saturday's run to Dos Cabezas and the Goat Canyon trestle bridge. Funny. I posted this ride on my mountain bike club's website and the 3 guys that showed up all had Toyotas (2 4Runners and 1 Sequoia).

Small world! I saw you guys on Saturday. I was with the group with all the teenage boys. I wondered if all the toyota's at the bottom belonged to forum members.

We biked from Jacumba all the way to the water tower, then to highway s2. We had people drop us off at the top, then leave cars at the bottom. What a great ride and a beautiful day. That cave in wasn't there a year ago.

Mike, whenever you want to go let me know. I would do that ride again in a heartbeat!

I'm excited to see the rest of the pics from your trip. Never been to that mine before.

It was probably about 18 miles. Really fun and beautiful views. I can't wait to do it again.

I'd really like to go on the 8th, or at least that was the date I was thinking of. I'd go this saturday if I wasn't busy. What's the run on that day you're mentioning?

Would we be able to camp Friday and run the bike trail in the morning, then go wheeling the rest of the day? Might be too much but it sounds fun.

The 2nd is Smugglers Cave along the same trail to Elliot Mine. It's a short hiking trail.
