LC coils

so yeah yesterday i put a 3" ome lift on my buddies 94 FZJ80, and i got his old springs, so now i have a choice of LX450 9.25 wrap coils, or the FZJ80 7.5 wrap coils. i guess it all depends on how much i lift the front, if i can find a set of tundra front struts(anybody have some laying around that they want to get rid of?) im gonna go with the 7.5s but if i end up buying the toytech coilovers ill use the 9.25s and just load up the rear of my rig to help squat it down.

now my question is, is there are use out there for the rear coils out of an 80 series, if so what? and while one of the front coils had the pink, pink, light blue, white color code, the other front had a pink, pink, green, white color code. in the lift info/faq sticky thread it says nothing about the second coil. was this just an omission or? i know these are the stock coils (and shocks) from 1994.

The rear LC coils lift the rear of 2nd gens.

Duhockey has a thread called "LC color codes" search for that one.

9.25 wrap is like 5 1/2 inches of lift, only way to lift the front that much is adding a 1.5 inch diff drop with uni ball uca, and just go to town on your CO lol

no i know how much lift ill get outta the front springs... im wondering about the rears, and what the do for 2nd gens, i know this isnt the 2nd gen section(i also placed a post there too). i might be selling one of my sets of spring.

I'll buy the rear coils if you want to sell them and they'll provide anywhere from 2-4" of lift. All depends on whether they're 2 longs or shorts, how worn they are, etc.
