When getting rear LC shocks to pair with the LC springs, do I need anything extra to make them work on my 4runner? I've seen some conflicting info on this.

Not really, maybe new hardware for the top of the shock. The shock hole can be enlarged to allow more flex of the shock but is not needed.

If you wheel it really hard there is a chance of over compressing the shock and blowing it out so I have lowered bump stops. Also helps if running 35" tires so they dont compress into the upper fender.

Bending down the rear brake line bracket or getting extended brake line is a good idea as it can stretch under full flex.

Extended rear sway bar links are needed also.

Sway bar links or track bar links? Haven't heard about the sway bar links.

I've installed LC springs on the rear of my 3rd gen. I went cheap and pulled some stock rear shocks of a 4th gen 4runner at a junkyard and installed them. They are longer and I haven't had any issues with them at all. My plan is to install bilsteins later on. Didn't extend anything else. Have a longer t100 rear brake hose to install sometime

Sway bar links will need extended. They link the sway bar to the frame, they will be overstretched with LC coils. You can go with 2nd gen 4runner rear links that are about 1" longer. The high end moogs have lasted me. Or you can hit up MStudt for some beefy disconnects.

Your stock LCA and UCA should be fine. As for track bar (panhard bar) you can live without adjusting or moving but for a closer to stock ride adjustable and or panhard bar lift/drop brackets are needed.
