Not really, maybe new hardware for the top of the shock. The shock hole can be enlarged to allow more flex of the shock but is not needed.
If you wheel it really hard there is a chance of over compressing the shock and blowing it out so I have lowered bump stops. Also helps if running 35" tires so they dont compress into the upper fender.
Bending down the rear brake line bracket or getting extended brake line is a good idea as it can stretch under full flex.
Extended rear sway bar links are needed also.
