Id go with bilstein shocks over the LC ones personally.

I'm running oreillys gas charged shock for 94 land cruiser.

Been on for 5 thousand miles. Love them and great flex!

I think it was like $50-$60 total for both

If you like oem style ride, thats not too soft and handles some weight better go with the LC shocks.

I personally hate the soft feel of billies and they seem to sag a bit more when paired with soft LC coils.

Thats what I did. Haven't looked back!

Love the amount of Flex the LC spring/shock combo give you too!

I have to admit that I have never driven a rig with the billy/LC combo, but if my rear end was any softer than it is now I would be looking for a new setup and think it would be nearly undrive able. Plus why waste the time and money trying to get some back ordered billies?

is it still soft with out the roof tent. ???????? and that part # is for both sides right.

That's for both sides. Since I have never driven it without the tent I can't say. But I doubt the 150lbs on the roof makes that much difference in ride. especially considering you usually have some stuff in your cargo area, but I can only speculate.
