Leak near drive shaft

Found a leak on my 2005 V8 4runner the other day. Small drip right where the drive shaft connects to the transmission. If I wipe it off no other drip occurs over night. Wondering if maybe could be a seal at that connection. Posted the other day and thought a picture would help. Any ideas? Also there is no wet area around the Acnetor(sp?) switch. I have attached picture to help. THANKS!!

Maybe I am blind but I can't see a drip in the photo. Can you maybe add an arrow to show the area where it's leaking?

I can't draw anything on the photo, so i will explain where the drip is. In the middle of the picture, right where the drive shaft goes into the tranmission, where the black metal piece goes in the silver part on the transmission i get a drip. Smells like gear oil. Don;t know whether that is a bearing seal that needs to be replaced. Thanks for any help or suggestions.

That would be the output shaft seal on the transfer case, not the tranny. Good news is its an easy and cheap fix. Check out this thread for replacement on the 3rd gens:
