Leaky caliper, due to damaged seal

ive been hunting around for the past few days trying to locate the seal for the fluid passage between the 2 halves of the 4th Gen front calipers.

long story short, snapped a stud on the new-to-me truck and damaged the seal by mistakenly starting to disassemble the caliper instead of undoing the correct bolts.

does any one know the Part numbers for said seal/O-ring?
If its not available separately (like the stealership is telling me) is is included in the rebuild kits?

The truck is an 05 V8 Sport Edition

I would expect a standard metric o-ring would work. Have you taken the damaged one to a parts store for a match-up?

There's a caliper overhaul kit for $40 from Toyota, not worth it IMHO. Just get remans from Rockauto.

Thanks, i saw this reply to late and ended up ordering a rebuild kit from the stealership for $85 CAD (both sides) hoping that the parts(seal) are included in it as the caliper is brand new, or less then a few months old. just bought the truck last Monday.

we tried to source just the washer, went to the local hydraulic shops and garages but to no avail.

at least ill have the parts to rebuild both the calipers when they cease in the future....

ill update this post if the parts i needed were indeed in the kit.

That Toyo part # I posted is just the o-rings (I am pretty sure, review it with the parts guy). List price is $3.xx

The caliper rebuild kit did NOT include the ring, it did how ever come with a note loosely stating " that the seal between the caliper mating surfaces is not included due to the issue it is hard to maintain performance when replaced or separated.

ended up purchasing a reman/new caliper. dont recall which at the moment

I did the exact same thing. I cannot get the o-ring's seated correctly. I am thinking if I buy new ones they will be small enough to fit, during the 10 years of heat and driving the existing ones have expanded just enough to frustrate the heck out of me when trying to get them back in the proper place on the caliper.
