Lots of info here about the lean codes, but wanted to share my story. I have been working on this truck now for several weeks (see other thread)

Finally got the truck running and driving fine except for a slight stumble at acceleration. Hardly noticable when driving, but under the hood, if you hit the throttle fast, motor had a bad dead spot for a split second then goes away. CEL indicated system too lean on bank 1. Truck has no vaccum leak, brand new plugs and wires etc..... CEL would take 2-4 hours of drive time to come back on when cleared. So I figured what the hell and ordered a MAF meter from dealer today ($133) and upon install the dead spot is gone and truck drives 10X better. Keep in mind this truck and old MAF meter only has 44k miles on it, but as indicated by my other thread, truck has not had the most normal life. Seems these rigs depend more on the MAF than other brands.
