Lean out in supercharger

Will the supercharger lean out witht the K&N FIPK intake.
ive heard that it does.

and what does "lean out" mean.

Running lean means that the engine is not getting enough fuel in the mixture.

As for adding a K&N filter, I'm not sure. I would suspect the ECU would compensate but maybe the injectors cannot flow enough fuel.
