Leather center armrest

I was at the dealer the other day and noticed that the Limited has really nice leather on the center arm rest... my '03 sport has a rubbery surface. Resting your elbow there on a long drive gets kind of painful. Anyway added the leather one to thier SR5/Sport? Anyone know the part number/cost? thx.

Good ?, I don't know for sure, but your answer is only an 800 call away: call Steve Kauffman @ Conicelli Toyota, 800.220.3788. I recently bought Toyota All Weather mats [$69.71] and the Homelink w/ SR switch [$73.50] from him. People friendly +, and they still managed to get me my stuff in 3 days, despite a UPS [zipcode] bungle. You may have seen them mentioned on this board as Partznet, but they are apparently a Toyota Dealership. Let us know what they say about your request.

I thought I'd try my 1st post in the cover of darkness, in case I screw it up! I would like to express appreciation to all who share knowledge @ this forum. This may be my 1st post, but I've read
hundreds of posts over the past 6 weeks, and cannot tell you all how helpful it was to my purchase [took delivery w/ 4 miles on it], and subsequent knowledge of the vehicle. Thank you one & all, this is the 1st non-American car I've ever owned - and I've had alot of cars! Love it!

Yeah, I was looking for the part too and like Rando said, it's quite expensive. It's two pieces that you'll need to have replaced.

Ouch!.. oh well. it was a nice thought.

Just spend $10 on a nice piece of leather, $5 on a can of 3m spray adhesive, pull the screws on the underside of console lid, and go to work. Worst case, your right back where you started +/- some stick shiz on your cover.
