Leather odor?? - new purchase

Hey guys, I am about to pull the trigger on a 97 limited(supercharged) . I noticed it has this fairly pronounced smell. It's not dog not cigarettes not mold etc. seems like it is the leather seats, anyone experienced this? The owner is an older British woman, her house was very clean .

Details on the car - 160miles, tons of maintenance bills. Full tune up/inspection done 4k miles ago. Received new supercharger belt, rack bushings and lots of other little maintenance items. Car looked VERY well kept and no exterior damage. Got the price down to 5200.

I bought a 99 limited and I had a different smell to the interior , (hard to explain the smell ) not like smoking or animal . I sprinkled baking soda around the carpet and left a open box under the seat for a week . Did that 2 times .Also cleaned and conditioned the leather and smell is gone . Maybe frabreeze would work too .
