LED Blinkers

If I replace (at least) my front turn signal bulbs with LEDs (which run at lower voltage) will they hyper-flash? Has anyone replaced these and experienced this? I hope not! Don't want to replace flashers or install resistors if I don't have to...

yes they will, and i have a full kit to fix that. i tried to sell it a while ago but no hits.

the easiest way i found out was to replace the flasher unit under the dash.

in that kit i have a new flasher, front and rear led bulbs

ya most led bulbs arent really that bright id go with the led flasher i got one for like 15 bucks was plug and play

Hey do you know if those LED plug n play units will fit relatively easily into the stock blinker spots, bout to go all LED

the only reason i went with a flasher unit instead of resistors is because i could always revert it back to stock if i wanted too. with resistors you would have to cut them out of your wiring harness

I was going to do LED for front and back turns too, but was afraid of having the issue you were talking about. So I ended up buying silverstar bulbs for the front and back and they were really bright compared to stock. and cheap too $20 for front turns and rear.

all the led bulbs ive had fit in the stock spots just fine changing the flasher to a led one is super easy i used a Trico EP 35 make sure it says led on it
