I installed the always on mod using the method HERE. Everything worked fine, no problems. Since then I installed a SW bumper and bought THESE lights to be installed (they fit great btw, just require some bracket fabrication). However, when plugging these lights in to operate, they do not function at all.
Here are a few facts that have been tested to eliminate some options:
I wired them directly to the battery and they work, so the light is not the issue.
Another person has the same lights (the second pair in the link above) without the always on mod, and they work as supposed to as well.
This leads me to believe that it is something within the mod itself that does not lend itself to functioning with this set of lights. Does anybody have any ideas as to what the problems may be or what to try out? Thanks.
