LED Interior install problems - fuses blowing

Just happened to me tonight. How long did it take to replace? What other systems went bad and was it immediate? Thanks for the help!

What else can I say from my original post?
The second master was installed by the Toyota Tech and whatever else they needed to do - I never touched the lights in the doors since. I kept the one LED I put in the overhead in the back as it really needed to be brighter back there, and that's it - have not touched anything since.

Thanks Doc! I guess I misread. I assumed you meant more systems went bad when you replaced the door light. I wanted to know what to look out for if more systems were going bad.

Was wondering what the resolution/fix for this is.

Just added LED lights to all doors and now the driver side does not work regardless of bulb use, passenger side as well, and the door switch does not illuminate the interior lights when opened, but passenger side does.

The door light is getting power and if I ground it it will at least light up the bulb.

The fuse did not seem to be burnt out as all the other interior lights work. I'd assume the door switch shorted out?

Also seem that the headlights will not turn off after the 4runner is locked. It's a TE without auto lights and I use to beep it to lock and 20 seconds or whatever later it turned them off. No longer.

Kind of stumped at this point and don;t want to go throwing $ at parts without some direction on a similar event having occurred to anyone of the forum.
